Meeting Minutes — Propose, Second & Approve
Select a meeting and review its uploaded minutes. Two different approved members must propose and second the minutes before the assigned Worshipful Master / Presiding Officer can approve them.

Platform Administrator only. The officer must already have an approved membership in the selected body.
Meeting Notifications & Reminders
Meeting changes, cancellations and reminders for your approved bodies. In-app notices are always available. Email reminders require member opt-in and administrator delivery setup.
Email delivery: Not active during pilot
Save your email preference now. Meeting and RSVP reminders will continue to appear in the app, but no reminder emails will be sent until District email delivery is configured and activated.
Member Activity & Audit History
Read-only audit history for Platform Administrators. Records are preserved after membership cleanup.
Member Invitations & Onboarding
Platform Administrators only. Create multiple invitations for the same email, one per body. Copy and send the invitation message manually; no automated email is sent.
Invitation tracking
My Invitations
Sign in using your verified invitation email. Accept each invitation; an administrator must still approve it.
This pilot uses secure Supabase sign-in and database-level meeting permissions. Private documents and self-service access requests require administrator approval.
